To book a make-up session or an additional class, please use this Courses & Classes in the website navigation above (or: https://www.flygirlsfitness.co.uk/classlist ). Once you are on the page, navigate to the course class section, and click on the option that says “Email for more details.” After that, use the drop-down menu to select a specific time that works best for you to attend the make-up course class or the extra class. In most cases, you do not need a reply from me; simply show up for your scheduled time. However, please note that if you are requesting a make-up or extra class for the Monday session at 6 PM, it is advisable to communicate this in advance and get confirmation reply from Fly Girls, as that particular class tends to be quite busy.

Wednesday: 6PM Advanced Class with Violet: You can make up for any missed class. The content will be different, but you'll still enjoy the lessons. You can also use your class credits for any drop-in classes. See below for details.
To utilize your extra class in a Drop-In Class, simply follow the same procedure outlined above, but be sure to click the button located to the right of the specific drop-in class you would like to attend. No reply needed, just show up and let your teacher know you're using your extra class, if Crystal hasn’t added you to the class, the teacher will add you. Please note that Jayne’s Yoga is excluded from this offer, as she maintains her own separate payment program for her classes. Thank you for your understanding!
