CLASS LIST AND OUR COURSES -
Fly Girls Signature Pole Flow Courses
Meditative Stretching, Pole Tricks & Flow – Ages 18+
Step into our softly lit red sanctuary where the outside world fades and the body awakens. Pole Flow is not just a class—it’s a full-sensory immersion. This four-week journey invites you into a sacred rhythm of feminine energy, self-expression, and embodied strength.
Each 60-minute session begins with a grounding warm-up inspired by Vinyasa yoga, Pilates, and meditation. Gentle breath-work sets the tone, syncing mind and body as we shift from external noise to internal awareness. The space is warm, dim, and glowing—designed to hold you in softness while you build confidence, power, and sensual flow.
Following the warm-up, you’ll learn pole techniques and transitions, gradually weaving them into flowing sequences. These combinations change monthly, culminating in a creative surprise twist during the final week. You’ll be encouraged to move with intention, grace, and authenticity—whether you’re a first-timer or returning to your practice.
This isn’t just about tricks. It’s about trust. Trusting your body. Trusting the moment. Trusting your instincts. The pole becomes a mirror for presence, connection, and quiet power.
Why We Call It Pole Flow
Pole Flow is the art of moving with meaning. It’s not about performance—it’s about presence. We begin every class with breath-led movement, calming the nervous system and guiding you into flow. As you connect breath to action, your movement becomes seamless. Your grip strengthens. Your posture shifts. Your confidence rises.
It’s not instant—but when it clicks, it clicks. Flow is the moment your body says, “I’m home.”

come home to your body.
OUR COURSE CLASSES — What Makes Them Unique to Fly Girls
Created by Crystal Gibson, these classes are a rich fusion of everything pole: shaped by decades of real-life experience, creative industries, and soulful embodiment. Born in America, raised by the world, and now grounded in the UK, I’ve woven together a lifetime of movement—from the strip clubs of the early 2000s to LA sound stages, pole soirées, dance shows, and film sets.
I’ve built pole companies, mentored dancers, performed under lights and shadows, and turned movement into a way of coming home to yourself.
Fly Girls isn’t just about learning tricks.
It’s about learning you.
Our course classes carry the energy of lived experience—rooted in freedom, artistry, and embodied wisdom. They’re shaped from moments I reclaimed my power, and now they’re here to help you do the same.
Each month, I create a new piece of choreography designed to awaken every part of you—
flow to cultivate grace,
tricks to build physical and mental strength,
and sound that swims through your bloodstream like a pulse of confidence.
We repeat it weekly— not to perfect it, but to free it.
Until one day, you move not just with skill, but with sovereignty—
a free mover in your own body,
through the transformative art of pole. That’s the vibe. That’s Fly Girls Course Classes. You're not just taking a class — You're stepping into your story.

Strength Improvement: Aerial hooping engages multiple muscle groups, particularly the upper body and core. As individuals lift and maneuver their bodies through various positions, they develop significant strength over time.
Enhanced Flexibility: The nature of aerial hoop exercises encourages stretching and elongation of the muscles. This practice promotes flexibility, allowing participants to achieve a broader range of motion.
