Getting Started
Q: How do I book my first course class? A: Visit our booking system at GoTeamUp to register for classes. For new students, we recommend starting with our 4-week pole course, which costs £40 with membership or £50 without. Classes run by appointment only, and spots can be secured through our online booking system.
Same for Drop-In Classes but you can pay as you go online without a membership, just class to class. If you want to save money, check out our memberships under Quick Access page in the navigation.
In order to take any class you must first register with us by using: https://goteamup.com/p/1701876-fly-girls-fitness/ This includes any new promotions, like a half off or a free class, you must have a goteamup account with us.
Q: What should I wear to my first class? A: For pole classes, wear shorts and a tank top or sports bra. For aerial hoop, wear fitted clothing that covers the backs of your knees. Avoid lotions or oils before class as they can make gripping difficult. Bring a water bottle and small towel.
Membership and Pricing
Q: How does the membership system work? A: We offer membership packages ranging from £7.50 to £10 per class, billed in 4-month cycles. Members receive discounted rates on all classes and courses. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for membership changes. Use the Quick Access Page in the navigation for more information.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit/debit cards through our online booking system. Please note that we do not accept cash payments at the studio.
Class Structure and Expectations
Q: What fitness level do I need to start? A: Our classes welcome all fitness levels. Our experienced instructors, led by Crystal Gibson with 20 years of experience, will guide you through progressive techniques suitable for your current ability. You don’t need any fitness level to start.
Q: How early should I arrive for class? A: Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled class time, wait outside for an instructor to invite you in if it sounds busy in the class. You are welcome to enter when you class time starts, with or without being let in by an instructor. If your class starts at 6PM you are allowed to come in five-ten mins early as there is no class before you.
Studio Policies
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Please notify us of any cancellations via your goteamup account to save your class credit at least 12 hours before your scheduled class. This helps us accommodate other students who may be waiting for an opening. Please read the cancellation policy per class on the class you are registering for. We do not allow makeups for drop-in classes. You just need to signout 12hrs before your class to get your money back onto your account. Use the SIGNOUT button on your goteamup account.
Course classes do not need to technically signout of classes before 12hrs, as they pay upfront for their classes and can do a makeup class if they miss it. This is not for Drop-In classes.
Q: How can I contact the studio with additional questions? A: The best way to reach us is via email. Phone support is available weekdays from 5:00-6:00 PM at 07957 740 956. Our studio operates during specific hours: Monday-Wednesday 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Thursday 4:45 PM - 9:00 PM, Friday 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM, and Saturday 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Please allow 48hrs to hear back from the studio, we are closed on Saturdays from 1p to Mondays 12pm for any admin questions.
