Crystal Gibson

Crystal Gibson – Founder, Fly Girls Fitness
Crystal Gibson is more than a teacher—she’s a movement alchemist. From The USA (Seattle, Washington DC, Montana & Los Angeles) and rooted in the UK since 2016, she has turned her life’s challenges into choreography, and her passion into a home for hundreds. With over two decades in the pole world and a heart that holds every student like a sister, Crystal built Fly Girls Fitness as a sanctuary for strength, softness, and self-expression.

Known for her poetic flow, fierce technique, and unwavering loyalty, she’s performed on some of the world’s biggest stages—but her proudest moments are watching others rise. Whether judging international pole competitions or sweeping a studio floor after class, Crystal leads with humility, humor, and a radiant sense of purpose. She is, simply put, unforgettable.

Ecila – Beginner & Intermediate Instructor
Known affectionately as E-Cila (pronounced exactly as it looks), she’s been a dedicated pole athlete for over three years—and from the moment she steps onto the pole, it’s clear she was born to move. With a natural radiance and flow, Ecila creates shapes that seem to defy gravity, combining strength, flexibility, and a quiet confidence that lights up the room.

Ecila has quickly become one of the most beloved instructors at Fly Girls, and it’s no surprise her classes are often fully booked. She brings a vibrant mix of fun, kindness, and structure—making students feel safe, seen, and endlessly encouraged. Her superpower? Breaking down complex moves into clear, digestible steps that just make sense, no matter your level.

Whether you’re brand new or growing into your flow, Ecila’s classes feel like a breath of fresh air: energizing, empowering, and a little bit magical.

Fran (aka Frankie) – Beginner & Intermediate Instructor
Currently on maternity leave, Frankie is a true shapeshifter—on the pole, in life, and in the hearts of our community. Her movement is fluid, intuitive, and filled with surprising beauty; no two shapes are ever quite the same, and yet every one of them feels like a whisper of art in motion.

Whether she’s gliding in heels or flowing barefoot through a sequence, Frankie brings an unmistakable softness and strength that students are deeply drawn to. Her classes are a sanctuary of calm and creativity, held with quiet confidence and the kind of gentle humour that makes everyone feel at ease.

She has an eye for detail, a heart for teaching, and an energy that lingers long after the music fades. Frankie doesn’t just teach pole—she invites you to move from a deeper place, to discover something new in your body and your spirit. We can’t wait to welcome her back when the time is right.

Kya – Aerial Hoop & Pole Fitness Instructor
Fresh from graduating with a degree in Musical Theatre, Dance, and Singing, Kya brings powerhouse performance energy and a magnetic presence to every class she teaches. A true standout, she makes even the hardest shapes look effortless—thanks to her strength, style, and signature flair.

Kya is known for her big heart, bold personality, and ability to connect with students of all ages, especially in our youth program. She’s warm, charismatic, and one-of-a-kind—but don’t let her charm fool you! Kaya runs a tight ship. Her disciplined, no-nonsense approach pushes students past their limits in the best way possible. Expect firm but fair guidance, and to leave her classes feeling stronger, more confident, and amazed at what you’ve achieved.

Ashleigh – Beginner to Intermediate Instructor
Ashleigh is our newest pole instructor and has been teaching at Fly Girls for the past nine months. After assisting in shared classes, she’s now leading her very own sessions—guiding students from their first spins through to solid Intermediate Level 1 foundations.

Known for her bold, powerful movement style, Ashleigh brings a fierce energy to the pole—but behind the blue hair and striking shapes is a soft-hearted teacher who truly cares. She breaks down complex moves with clarity, patience, and purpose, helping students believe in themselves from the very start. Fun, kind, and full of fire, Ashleigh is already making her mark—and we couldn’t be prouder to have her on the team.
